SHIPPING POLICY

Retail orders are shipped within 1-5 business days via FedEx or USPS. All orders ship out from Dixie Belle's warehouse in Port Richey, FL. Madaline Cathleen Designs will send an email with the tracking number once Dixie Belle provides us with that information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Madaline Cathleen Designs has a no return policy. Exceptions will be made if items are damaged or the order is incorrect. You MUST contact Madaline Cathleen Designs within 48 hours of receiving your order to be considered for a return.
